I mentored and collaborated with a junior designer to create a conceptual design and pitched it to cross-functional stakeholders. I illustrated all the storyboards and created the pitch deck.

Background

A product manager asked the design team to explore opportunities to improve pre-campaign planning for DSP clients. I partnered with another designer to research the space and develop a storyboard-driven product vision for leadership review.

Key Challenges

  • Planning insights existed only at the line-item level, making campaign-level decisions difficult.

  • Planner tools were fragmented and offered limited actionability.

  • Pre-campaign planning required significant manual effort and workarounds.
